How Amplio Works
Amplio is a focused, senior team of UK Microsoft Business Central specialists. Every engagement runs the same way — direct access to the practitioners delivering the work, fixed scope and fixed go-live dates, public documentation as a deliverable, and an AppSource-first product strategy that keeps our prices reasonable and our patterns repeatable.
Disciplines we cover
Our team is built around the four disciplines a UK BC engagement actually needs:
- BC functional consulting. Process design, dimension architecture, reporting structure, change management. Senior consultants with multi-sector UK SMB delivery experience — manufacturing, distribution, professional services, multi-entity groups.
- AL development. Production AL code that survives Microsoft's monthly BC release cadence and AppSource validation. Eleven Amplio extensions live or in flight; every line shipped is reviewed before it leaves the team.
- BC architecture & integration. Multi-tenant patterns, inter-company / inter-tenant flows, integration to WMS, POS, payroll, CRM, and bank-feed providers. We've designed and run the integration layer on engagements that were too gnarly for a generalist.
- Power Platform. Power Apps canvases, Power Automate orchestration, Power BI on top of BC's data model — built so they don't fight BC's posting routines.

Operating model
- Direct access to practitioners. The people designing and building your solution are the people you talk to on calls, in code reviews, and at go-live. No layers of account management between you and the work.
- Right-sized engagements. Amplio takes on work where the team's capability matches the scope. Bigger programmes are scoped honestly; we tell you when something is outside our sweet spot.
- UK-based, remote-first. Most engagements run remote with on-site visits at workshop and go-live milestones. We work with clients across the UK.
- Trusted associate network. For engagements that genuinely need parallel workstreams, Amplio brings in vetted UK BC specialists we've worked with directly. Associates are introduced explicitly during scoping — you'll never end up with a stranger on your project.
