First two Amplio case studies are published
Two case studies are now public on the Amplio site — both anonymised at the client's request, with real metrics and technical detail intact.
The two studies
- Multi-Entity VAT Returns for a UK SaaS Group — five BC companies, one HMRC VRN, single MTD-compliant return submitted via our UK Group VAT MTD Bridge extension. Eliminated three days of manual VAT consolidation per quarter.
- Bank Reconciliation Automation for a UK Distribution Co — daily multi-bank reconciliation reduced from six hours to thirty minutes using our Bank Statement Importer with the learning rule engine. Three FTE-days a week recovered.
What's in the pipeline
Four more case studies are in writing for Q3 2026 — covering manufacturing inventory programmes, professional-services time-and-billing rebuilds, and a multi-entity central-allocation programme. Each will follow the same structure: company snapshot, challenge, approach, what we built, quantified outcome, technical depth, customer quote.
Why we publish
Most BC partners keep client work behind sales calls. We publish because case studies are evidence of capability, and because anonymising metrics doesn't reduce their usefulness for prospects evaluating partners. If you'd like to discuss whether your project could be written up after go-live, we cover this in scoping.
